I’m Amanda — founder, home cook, and the hands behind every dish. For me, cooking has always been an act of love. It’s how I nurture my family, connect with my community, and offer comfort when words fall short.

With over 15 years of experience in cooking and food safety, and formal training from Le Cordon Bleu, I bring both heart and expertise to every meal I prepare. What began as sharing food with loved ones has grown into a mission: to make wholesome, homemade meals accessible to busy families, working professionals, and anyone craving real nourishment — without the stress of cooking.

That’s why I offer fully cooked, refrigerated meals delivered twice a week. Each dish is made from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients, then chilled and packaged with care so it’s ready to heat and enjoy whenever you need it — no prep, no cleanup, just love.

  1. Remove lid.
     
  2. Microwave on MEDIUM for 2½ to 4 minutes, depending on portion size and your microwave's wattage. Stir halfway through for even heating.
     
  3. Check internal temperature—food should be hot and steaming (165°F).
     
  4. Let sit for 1 minute before enjoying.
     

Tip: Add a splash of water to rice or pasta dishes to keep them moist.


  Use only oven-safe containers. Do not place plastic in the oven.
